We are a directory of distributors and manufacturers. Some of them have catalogs. To get them from those that have them, you go to their site, and browse for their link for their catalog order page. We do not supply their catalogs to our visitors. Since we are directory, our 'catalog' is online. We don't sell wholesale products. No. We do not sell wholesale. We have staff members who sometimes have odds and ends they want to get rid of, and they are allowed to post those on our staff bulk overstock page. They are personal offers, not items for sale by Wholesale Distributors Net as a company. Think of it as our staff yard sale page.
You require us to have our phone number posted on our site, how come yours isn't posted?
It is true we do require companys who list on our site to have complete contact information on their site. That is because they sell products, millions of products collectively, and they have millions of customers, collectively. Those customers have shipping issues, business documentation issues, and many other topics that REQUIRE a response before, during, and after the transaction. We provide a service, largely a free service to 99.99% of our visitors. It stays free by keeping cost down. We keep costs down by not taking phone calls. Those businesses who have paid advertising with us, can find our customer service number through their payment infomation, located in their transaction details in their paypal account. Each business owner should have a site stat program that gives them details of their traffic. If you do not have one, you need to get one. It is impossible to run a successful online business if you have no visitor details. You can get a free stat account by clicking here. How do I change the text listing I have displayed on your site?
You use the same form you used to submit the original text listings, and check the box for the REVISED LISTING. When you are done submitting that form, you will be sent to a payment page. Ignore that. No payment is required. You can do this no more than once a month. Ad changes take us a great deal of time. Our prices stay low when we save time. I contacted you but you never responded, why?
We are very clear in the FAQ and on our contact page, who should NOT contact us. Yet, we continually get emails from people who are part of that NOT list, and haven't managed to figure out we are directory, not a manufacturer. They request catalogs, and information regarding products they've seen advertised by other companys in their listings on our site, and they contact us, instead of them. Why do I have to scroll from side to side to read the page, it is too wide ?
Druing our 2005 upgrade we are modifying the page to view better in the 1024x768 screen resolution or better We have found that over 80% of our visitors are using the more modern screen resolutions, and the print is too small for them when the pages were designed for 800x600 screen resolution.
