State Of Alabama Auctions
Most property sold through Alabama State auctions is sold through a public outcry auction. These are held three times each year, and include automobiles, boats, tools, trailers, computers, office furniture, and much more.
After property is held for a period of time to allow eligible organizations an opportunity to purchase it, it is sold to the public. These sales may be by Sealed Bid or Public Auction.
Auctions are held at the Surplus Property Warehouse located at 4401 Northern Blvd. in Montgomery Alabama. Auctions are also held in Eva, Alabama.
Auction is advertised in at least one major newspaper. To receive notification about upcoming auctions you may complete their registration form and a flyer with a list of items to be auctions will be emailed to you about a week in advance.
