The Division of Surplus Property is responsible for the disposal of state and federal surplus personal property.
Spot bid sales to be held at the Division of Surplus Property Warehouse, 999 Chenault Road, Frankfort, KY, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on each of the following dates (the first or second Wednesday of the month.
A listing of property types will be posted from one to two weeks prior to the sale date. Property for sale may only be inspected on the day of the sale from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. No exceptions.
