MaineState Surplus Property
The Surplus Property Division provides various mechanisms for the disposition of state surplus materials and equipment that are no longer needed by the state department that purchased them.
This includes daily sales, property offered for bid, public sales and public auctions. In addition, federal surplus property is obtained for donation to qualifying state, public or non-profit organizations throughout Maine.
