Advertising Guidelines For Free Or Paid Ads
You must meet ALL 12 sections of the guidelines below in order to submit your website.
1. ENGLISH ONLY GENERAL AUDIENCE SITES.
No sites containing: gambling related, tobacco related, alcohol related (except wine), designer knock-offs, prescription drugs, military products such as guns, ammo, adult related sites. Your site may have multiple language, but English must be one of them.

2. WHOLESALE
The site must say "wholesale only" or have a wholesale link on the main page, or say "wholesale to the public" on the main page if you want to be added to the wholesale directory. We don't want our visitors to fish to find out if you wholesale.
3. DOMAINS ONLY
We only accept serious business owners. That means owning a DOMAIN site. The site must be a domain, not sub-domain, such as yahoo, msn, surplus.net, angelfire, freeyellow, ebay ( ebay store owners add url to ebay stores category only unless you have a website as well ), aol, or any site that has a slash before or after the name of the dot com site such as
http://bubbastools/webstoresRus2001.com ~ or ~ www.webstoresRus2001.com/bubbastools
4. ESTABISHED
The site must be live and developed, 90 days on the web, or be a well-known brick and mortar distributor
or factory. This information WILL be verified.
5. PROFESSIONAL LOOK
The site can't have numerous pages unavailable, broken links, images not displaying or a general sloppy and fly-by-night look. If we love your site, and the way you do business, we may choose your business as an Editor's Pick, and you get a huge listing, priority exposure, and most often numerous listings in relevant categories..
6. UPFRONT OWNERSHIP
The site must have links to verifiable contact information on the main page
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE
The contact, about, or company information page, linked to from the main page, must have ALL 3 :
* address
* phone
* email address or contact form
8. EASY ORDERING - NO CONFUSING OR VAGUE TERMS - NO SMOKE AND MIRRORS
The site must have clear language regarding ordering, terms, and product descriptions. We do not accept businesses who simply broker goods, or 'appear' to be brokering goods, or require the customer to email for the name of the manufacturer, availability of goods, or condition of goods. If you don't have the product, don't advertise it. If you are out of stock, post it as backordered or temporarily out of stock. No multi-level marketing sites can be submitted. If it doesn't add up to us, we don't add you.
9. UPDATED
The site must have signs that it has been updated recently, and is actively in business. If the site is still showing their xmas specials from last year, the catalog says 2001, the date stamp is last year or earlier, these are all signs the site has been left to die. We look for signs the site is being updated monthly. We love to see a site that tells the shoppers how long they have been in business, and we normally will edit ads to include this important information. Take an active role in your busniess, and we will take an active roll in adding and promoting you. If we really love your site, your 50 word ad can become a 200 word ad or more, that drives a flood of traffic to you.
10. CREDIBILITY
The site may not link to objectionable sites. We only link to reputable sites, and that is what we want from you. NO CASINOS. We want to know how long you have been business. Tell us your start date in the submission. U.S. companys - Are you a member of the local BBB? Tell us that, and how long you have been in good standing. We verify this information, and will include it in your listing to give our visitors confidence in purchasing from you. This will give you a higher CTR, click through rate, from us to you.
11. ORIGINAL CONTENT
The site can't be an informational only site, it must actually sell the product or service. No directories, lists, link sites, clubs, groups, or mirror sites may be submitted.
12. PROMOTES QUICK SURFING
The site pages must load quickly with a 56k connection This normally will exclude sites with flash animation, music, too many animated gifs, too many images, and large images on the main page. Visitors get frustrated with slow loading sites and leave. Forget the bells and whistles, just sell the product. Our visits come to buy stock for stores, don't try to dazzle them with slow loading website design code. Be quick or they are gone.
